Fully fenced, spacious and secure garden has a large private swimming pool, comfortable and beautiful sun loungers, a sunbathing terrace and a large dining table with a stone built barbecue. A few steps from the wooden terrace around the pool is the entrance to the villa.
The interior is new, modern, carefully and luxuriously designed. The house, divided into two separate floors with two separate entrances, is fully equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery. Fully air-conditioned, the house will make you feel welcome and completely relaxed.
There are 6 beautiful bedrooms, luxuriously and romantically designed, quiet and relaxing. There are 4 new and modern bathrooms. Free WiFi is available for our guests and parking is secured! The villa's pool is also heated, the option costs 100 euro per week.
The beaches are just a few minutes away by car, there are three supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the area is filled with great restaurants with Istrian and sea cuisine.
You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
