Si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale e dal centro città.
La camera è spaziosa ma scarsamente attrezzata, abbiamo dovuto richiedere ripetutamente un tappeto per il bagno, una bacinella e dei sacchetti per il pattume.
Il piano cottura è montato su un mobiletto precario in mezzo alla stanza e collegato a una bombola del gas, non l’abbiamo nemmeno mai acceso perché non ci sentivamo sicuri.
Non vi è un lavandino, dovevamo utilizzare quello del bagno per lavare panni e stoviglie.
L’unico tavolino disponibile era quello di plastica del terrazzo, che dovevamo portare dentro e fuori ogni giorno.
Al nostro arrivo la camera era sporca: dentro l’armadio era pieno di polvere, così come in molti angoli della camera, specchi e infissi. Persino la tovaglia era macchiata.
Dovevamo chiudere a chiave la porta d'ingresso ogni volta che uscivamo di casa, il che ci rendeva impossibile lasciare l'appartamento separatamente.
Scarsissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

soggiorno di 10 giorni molto piacevole. Nevio è stato davvero disponibile su tutto, sia per l'orario di check-in che per darci consigli molto utili su spiagge meravigliose, tour da fare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. l'alloggio è a 3 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge tutte libere, ben servite e collegate tra loro. ed è a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città di Rovigno. è in una zona tranquilla che offre servizi raggiungibili a piedi. le uniche pecche sono state la cucina a gas non a norma(potrebbe essere sostituita con un piano ad induzione), la doccia sprovvista di supporto per il doccino e la scarsa pulizia generale (abbiamo trovato bottiglie di ex inquilini, molta polvere e macchie di unto sui vetri). consiglio comunque vivamente Nevio e i suoi appartamenti!

la camera è piccola ma molto carina! ci siamo trovati bene e la zona era molto tranquilla e silenziosa.. l'unica pecca è la distanza di circa 15 Min per il centro e 20/25 per il mare .

Mi sono trovato molto bene, è un appartamentino molto semplice ma funzionale. Bella la terrazza.
La posizione è ottima, in bicicletta 5 minuti si arriva in centro Rovigno.
Il padrone di casa una persona squisita.

Positive: Nevio is very pleasant man, he explained everything we needed to know, was always very helpful and kind to us and he did his best to get the room ready for us when he found out we have 3y old kid with us. House is in relatively good place, 15 mins walk from city centre and 20mins walk from nearest beach. Anyway we preferred to go to the beach by a car. The car park costs 55kuna for a whole day.
Very good air-conditioning. Balcony very good.
Negative: At first glance we could have spotted some cleaning issues - Windows weren't cleaned for a while probably, table cloth was spoiled by previous guests ( Nevio washed it and replaced during the day when we asked), but the biggest issue was the shower corner, there was a lot of black mould. This issue was mentioned by a previous guests so we expected it would be removed...Apart from these details room and balcony seemed clean enough.
Hand soap was running out and apparently was diluted with water, maybe he didn't know about it but there were a few other things when we had feeling that money is saving on the wrong place.
There is some noise from the local main road, during the night we preferred to lock windows properly the room was quiet than.
Water slightly warm and cold.
Generally it was nice stay. We were satisfied. Price was reasonable I guess in this busy time of year and Croatia is very expensive.
