Pan hostitel byl velmi laskavý, komunikativní, ochotný a milý. Příjezd i odjezd bez komplikací. Ubytování bylo čisté, vše naprosto bez problému a nic nám nechybělo. Okolí bylo klidné, nikdo nerušil a nedělal hluk. Dovolená jak má být. Myslím, že jsme u pana hostitele nebyli naposledy!

lost mi ha contattato arrabbiato perché ho deciso di soggiornare prima in un altra struttura. e poi andare da lui. ingresso con regole e disponibilità del lost perché doveva andare al mare. ci ha imposto di non usare le sedie da esterno in terrazzo. abbiamo dovuto chiedere alcune cose. sempre in base alle sue disponibilità del hosting.
cucina giusto per dire. un mobile col gas.
discussione su orario di uscita check out lasciato alle 10.00 come da regole.
offerta un altra struttura per eventuale prossime ferie pagamento in contanti senza agenzia a prezzi poco onesti.
al check out controllo del proprietario per eventuali danni con la mia presenza. e si è lamentato perché non ho buttato l'immondizia dove pago le pulizie finali.
l'appartamento nel sommato ok. l'ospitalità discutibile

Der Urlaub war super. Der direkte Kontakt zum Vermieter einsehen großer Vorteil. Wir hatten unser Penthouse mit Blick über eine Sportstätte.

persönlich empfehlen kann ich dies Unterkunft nicht. Spinnweben in der Ecke, die alte Wäsche vom Vormieter noch im Schrank. Der Gasherd direkt neben dem Bett, braten darf man nicht, obwohl ein Pfanne im Inventar ist, da die Wand sonst vollspritzt. Wenn sollte ich nach einem Deckel fragen, was ich tat und nie bekam. Nach der Kaffeemaschine und Haartrockner musste ich erst fragen, dies wurde gebracht, zum zudecken hatte man eine Wolldecke. Ein kleines Handtuch lag bereit, nach einem großen musste man fragen, das Geschirr musste man im Waschbecken in der Toilette spülen. Es war Pflicht die Balkonmöbel in dem eh schon sehr kleinen Raum jedes mal, wenn man das Apartment verlies in das Zimmer räumen. Das schlimmste jedoch war, dass ich zweimal nachts um vier Uhr von dem Vermieter eine Nachricht per sms bekam, die mir das Wetter anzeigen sollte. Außerdem wurde ich am Nachmittag angerufen mehrmals, als ich nicht an das Telefon ging um mir zu sagen, dass er gehört habe, dass das Wetter schlecht werden solle, obwohl es windstill und ruhig war. Ich empfand dies als Belästigung, er hat erst damit aufgehört als ich gesagt habe, dass ich es nicht dulde mich in meinem Urlaub mit seinen ständigen Nachrichten zu belästigen.
Ich werde dort nicht mehr Urlaub machen......

Si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale e dal centro città.
La camera è spaziosa ma scarsamente attrezzata, abbiamo dovuto richiedere ripetutamente un tappeto per il bagno, una bacinella e dei sacchetti per il pattume.
Il piano cottura è montato su un mobiletto precario in mezzo alla stanza e collegato a una bombola del gas, non l’abbiamo nemmeno mai acceso perché non ci sentivamo sicuri.
Non vi è un lavandino, dovevamo utilizzare quello del bagno per lavare panni e stoviglie.
L’unico tavolino disponibile era quello di plastica del terrazzo, che dovevamo portare dentro e fuori ogni giorno.
Al nostro arrivo la camera era sporca: dentro l’armadio era pieno di polvere, così come in molti angoli della camera, specchi e infissi. Persino la tovaglia era macchiata.
Dovevamo chiudere a chiave la porta d'ingresso ogni volta che uscivamo di casa, il che ci rendeva impossibile lasciare l'appartamento separatamente.
Scarsissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
