The room is completely satisfactory though relatively basic, but the balcony is such a bonus and the view lovely. Elvis is very helpful and the walk into town is about 10 to 15 mins but there are a couple of restraunts right in front of the property on the beach. Room has a good size fridge and air conditioning so great for the summer. Would stay again 😁

The location is excellent, just a few minutes to the beach and the old town. The view of the sea, from the balcony, is phenomenal.

Kousek od centra, cca 5 minut chuze, moznost posezeni na terase i se slunecnikem. Funkcni klima, velika koupelna a dobre vybavena kuchynka pro moznosti priprav snidane.

Apartment sehr schön direkte Lage am meer (strand ca. 450m) Besitzer sehr freundlich aufenthalt war sehr ruhig. Auch in die Stadt hat man zu Fuß nur gut 15minuten und man geht sehr schön

Rovinj ist eine toller Ort und kann von hier aus mit einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht werden - die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt! Ein Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit dem grandiosen Ausblick ist der perfekte Tagesbeginn, allerdings könnte es dafür etwas mehr Ausstattung (z.B. Teller, Besteck..) geben.
