The entire property is fenced, spacious and secure. The surroundings of the villa are fresh Mediterranean trees, lavender and sage. There is a balcony with dining table in the quiet garden. The interior of the house is beautifully furnished, spacious and with large sunny windows. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a large comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV, a traditional Istrian fireplace, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen, all on the ground floor.
