Villa Ojdana is a modern villa  located in a secluded, private fenced property. The large, open-plan villa is surrounded by olive groves and almonds at the foot of Mount Kozjak, near the town of Trogir.

This beautiful villa with a pool can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children (up to 15yo) and extends over 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a homely kitchen area, dining area, and living room that is connected to a study/library area. The living room is a large open space that provides ample room to relax. Also, on this floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with modern furnishings and an abundance of storage space for your personal belongings.

The first floor comes with a double bedroom and a bathroom, a separate apartment with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, while on the mezzanine there is another double bedroom. All rooms have access to a loggia, terrace, or balcony with garden furniture.

This luxury villa in Croatia also comes equipped with a wine cellar, a fully equipped gym should you wish to use it. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The outside area offers a large outdoor kitchen with an outdoor BBQ area and dining space. You will also find a garage, playground, and bowling alley on the outside of Villa Ojdana. The outdoor terrace has a large swimming pool and sunbathing space as well as a garden area and shaded dining area. The outdoor swimming pool (40 m2) has been equipped with jets for counter-current swimming, and the pool heating on request (surcharge, please inquire).

Villa Ojdana is suitable for families with children and pets, a group of friends, for business meetings, small art colonies, and special occasions. Trogir a historical place located near the city of Split, an ideal base when exploring Croatia, and is home to many heritage sites and authentic Croatian restaurants. As well as being home to many tourist attractions, ferries often go to and from nearby islands such as Brac.
