Would we come back and/or would I recommend this stay to my best friend? Both yes!
Villa d‘Arsa was among my favorite AirBnB stays ever!
Barbara and her father were very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed the calm and scenic surroundings as much as exploring beautiful Istria.
Inside was spacious and clean and one or another table tennis match was played.

The pictures acurrately portray the experience, although I‘d argue that reality is even better!

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus, alles neu und sauber. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage. Toller Pool, gerade für Kinder geeignet mit niedrigem Einstieg. Die Gastgeber waren außerordentlich nett und immer schnell erreichbar bei Rückfragen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Istrien! Barbara und ihr Vater sind ganz tolle liebevolle Gastgeber. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir schon mit selbstgemachten Wein und einer Wurst und Käseplatte und frischen Brot und Eistee überrascht 😊 das Haus ist makellos, sauber und toll! Grandioser Pool ! Tolle Aussicht! Und ruhige Umgebung. Barbara hat uns immer zeitnah bei Fragen geholfen! Alle größeren Orte wie z. B. Rabac, Pula, Rovinj sind dennoch gut und schnell mit Auto zu erreichen! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen ☺️

Endlich mal eine Unterkunft, die wirklich so aussieht wie auf den Bildern! Wunderschöner Pool und auch innen alles tiptop. Für Hundehaltende: Der Zaun geht wirklich komplett um das große Grundstück herum und hat eine ordentliche Höhe. Die Vermieterin und ihr Vater waren sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen.

Kuća je izvrsna. Vrlo pažljivo, ugodno i skladno uređena te izuzetno komotna za 6 osoba. Na katu se nalaze 3 sobe s bračnim krevetima, a svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu što je vrlo komforno i olakšava boravak većeg broja ljudi u kući. U prizemlju se nalazi još jedan wc tako da nema gužve. Veliki otvoreni dnevni boravak/kuhinja je izvrsno mjesto za druženje. Tu se nalazi kamin i TV s PlayStationom. Osim toga, u prizemlju je i prostorija s igrama (pikado, stolni tenis, stolni nogomet) tako da Vam ne može biti dosadno ni u slučaju lošeg vremena (pikado se igrao do sitnih sati)
Lokacija kuće na kraju sela omogućuje Vam privatnost i mir (iako je selo općenito vrlo mirno) i otvoreni pogled na šumovite Istarske brežuljke. Koliko znam, ne postoje neke označene pješačke staze, ali moguće je prošetati okolnim šumama, spustiti se do kanjona rijeke Raše ili istražiti selo. Vrlo blizu kuće nalazi se mala trgovina sa svim potrebnim osnovnim stvarima, a ovdje se možete i podružiti s lokalcima uz pivu jer u selu ne postoji drugo mjesto za izlazak. U susjednom dvorištu nalaze se kokoši i ovce, što je vrlo autentično i osobno mi je bilo baš fora.
U kući smo boravili krajem prosinca tako da dvorište nije bilo u potpunosti iskoristivo, ali svejedno bi ga valjalo spomenuti. Dvorište je veliko, s popločenim dijelom oko bazena te s velikom otvorenom travnatom površinom na kojoj se nalaze mali golovi za nogomet. Bazen je jako primamljiv, ali na žalost kraj prosinca je ipak prehladno doba godine za kupanje.
Na kraju, ali ne i manje bitno, treba spomenuti susretljivost vlasnika te laku i jasnu komunikaciju s njima. Pri dolasku su nas čak dočekali lokalni naresci s izvrsnim kruhom te vino!
U slučaju da dolazite po zimi, odgovorit ću ovdje na pitanja koja sam ja imao prije rezervacije:
Da, ima tople vode. Da, postoji grijanje i neće Vam biti hladno. Da, imate što raditi u slučaju lošeg vremena. Ne, iako je grijani bazen, voda se ne grije u prosincu, što je i razumljivo.

Het huis van Barbara was prachtig!! Wij hadden er een fantastische week. Het huis ligt in het midden van de natuur, rustig, veel privacy en weg van alles. Naast het huis is een klein winkeltje waar je basisdingen kan kopen.
Barbara is een superlieve host die goed voor ons zorgde. Ze had zelfs eten gekocht voor onze eerste avond. Ze stuurde ons veel tips voor uitstapjes.
Het huis is in perfecte staat, heel goede bedden (wat uitzonderlijk is in vakantiehuisjes), mooie badkamers en airco overal. Ook de tuin en het zwembad zijn perfect onderhouden en heel aangenaam om te vertoeven.
Een absolute aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen of voor mensen die eens weg willen van de dagelijkse drukte.
Nogmaals bedankt Barbara voor de mooie tijd die we hadden in jouw huis.

Perfect stay for a group of 3 couples. The place is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Exactly like the photos. Barbara was very responsive and helpful. Her dad's wine was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay at Sutivanac. There's also a store right next door where you can get most neccessities.
