Villa Katarina in the village of Peresija is the right choice for all people for whom a good holiday destination is also very important. The courtyard of the renovated Istrian building has a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers, a richly furnished terrace with a fireplace, additional covered space for games and social gatherings. On the ground floor of this three-story stone house there is a kitchen with a dining area, an air-conditioned living room, a bathroom and a pantry. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms are on the first floor and in the attic. Due to the quiet location in which the villa is located, it is easy to switch off, relax and completely rest.

Very nice house in the heart of Istria. We spent there exceptional 2 weeks. The pool is a must if you have children. They have played and swam there everyday. Almost each room is air conditioned. Kitchen well equiped. The house is great and the location too. There is close to the main atractions of Istria. Higly recommended!

Puiki vila, viskas kaip parodyta nuotraukose, viskas tvarkinga, kambariai nuostabūs, lauko erdvė nuostabi, viskas apgalvota :) lauko virtuvė, kepsninė, šalia baseinas su gultais bei skėčiais. Šeimininkės komunikacija puiki, iš karto reaguoja, atsako, padeda jei reikia :) Tik geriausi atsiliepimai!

Une belle maison avec 4 grandes chambres avec chacune 1 salle de bain privative. Une cinquième chambre plus petite sans salle de bain mais avec une salle de bain additionnelle au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine est full équipée avec 2 frigos - ce qui est précieux, four et four micro-ondes. Cuisinière au gaz.
La maison est équipée de la climatisation mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisée tant les volet et la taille des murs permettent de garder l'intérieur frais. Le wifi est de qualité (fibre).
A l'extérieur une belle piscine et un patio avec une grande table et deux taques électriques et une plancha qui permettent de cuisiner dehors.
Un espace reposant.
Les hôtes sont très répondants et leurs indications sont claires.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

A nyaraló tökéletesen kielégítette minden elvárásunkat Kényelmes volt, felszeret és ragyogóan tiszta.
A házigazdáink nagyon kedvesek voltak, késedelem nélkül megoldották a problémánkat, ami a mi hibánkból keletkezett.
Tökéletes nyaralás volt.

Edi & Sonja are outstanding hosts. Very attentive and considerate. The Villa is full of charm and the village is quaint. A perfect getaway for the family. Mushroom hunts in the woods. Fine food in the town up the road. Nature everywhere and birdsong on the breeze. Bliss.
