Children’s Paradise Apartments are located in a house with all apartments overlooking the Children’s Paradise bay. Apartments are all air-conditioned with the parking near the house. High quality pillows, foundations and mattresses were carefuly selected in order to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fully equipped and directly on the beach make these apartments extremely practical during our guests’ stay.
Studio apartment „Lavander“ is for two people situated on the top floor with direct seaview. It consists of the room with kitchen and bed, and separate bathroom. In the vicinity of the house is a parking place. „Lavander“ offers a relaxed vacation with a beautiful panoramic view on the bay and islands from it’s own balcony.

As expected, great view and so close to the beach! Very clean and confortable bed. And friendly host! Only downside was the very thin walls with the neighbours.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stipe's place. All family members were very friendly and talkative. When we had a question we could always talk to them. The location of the apartment is beautiful.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Sukošan. We spent most of our time watching the boats and yachts going by from our balcony the apartment is a fabulous location!!

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter zum Strand. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Handtücher wurden alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Privater Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt! Es sind zwei ganz tolle Menschen. Sie haben sich immer nach uns erkundigt, waren bei Fragen erreichbar und wirklich sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist sehr schön mit einem Balkon mit dem Blick aufs Meer und der Strand direkt vor der Tür. Es war alles sauber und alles wichtige vorhanden. Wir hatten wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Absolute Empfehlung von unserer Seite. Gerne jederzeit wieder!!! Nochmal vielen lieben Dank und ganz liebe Grüße!

Stipe and Martina are wonderful and welcoming hosts. Their apartment was immaculately clean. The balcony overlooking the beach and the Adriatic was spectacular. They made me feel quite at home. It is a beautiful setting to just chill out.

Stipe und Martina waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben in der Ausblick vom Balkon direkt aufs mehr ist traumhaft schön. Tagsüber wie Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Von Sukošan ist man sehr schnell mit dem Auto in Zadar. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen der in der Nähe von Zadar Urlaub machen möchte. ☺️
