Sabina and her husband was super friendly and helpful! This was by far the best house we ever booked, mainly because of the pool and the privacy! We had all our meals in the outdoor kitchen which also gave us shade during the hottest part of the day. Labin was lovely and also Pula. Highly recommend this house and we can’t wait to come back again!

De villa is een fijne plek voor een relaxte vakantie. De buitenkeuken en het zwembad zijn een grote plus. Wij hebben daar veel tijd doorgebracht. De tuin was voor onze hondjes ook een hele fijne plek. Ze hebben naar hartelust kunnen rennen. Deze plek is een aanrader!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Sabina war jederzeit gut erreichbar und stand uns bei Fragen hilfsbereit zur Seite. Das Ferienhaus war äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten bot ausreichend Platz und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr schön – ideal für erholsame Tage.☀️

villa stupenda immersa nella tranquillità e riservatezza..dotata dei migliori comfort.. host accogliente e molto disponibile.. necessario l' utilizzo dell auto per spostamenti.. l unica pecca è che dall annuncio risultava che la proprietà era completamente recintata, cosa non vera purtroppo ed un problema dal momento che viaggio con 2 cani..

Wir waren zufrieden, insbesondere mit dem Außenbereich. Auf den Photos siehe alles etwas größer und geräumiger aus. Aber die Ausstattung ist gut, alles wichtige ist da. Der Pool ist grossartig und wir haben die Aussenküche mit dem tollen Grill häufig und gerne genutzt. Für Gäste mit Hund ist gut zu wissen, das das Grundstück nicht durchgehend eingezäunt ist.

Älters Haus, teilrenoviert, leicht chemischer Geruch im Haus. Schöner sauberer Pool, Klima nur in einem SZ, Möbelausstattung billig, 2. Bad zu eng, daher kaum nutzbar. Verdunkelung und Insektenschutz überall (top), Outdoorküche funktional, kann zum Wintergarten gemacht werden. Persönliche Begrüßung durch Vermieter. Im Ganzen eine schöne Urlaubswoche, aber Preis-Leistung zu hoch.

Das Haus war sehr gut versorgt und alles war sehr gut versorgt. Die Küche mit Grill draussen ist sehr gut zum dauernd verbleiben. Man hat da alles was man braucht. Pool hat ein gutes Mass, und war sehr sauber und wurde gut gepflegt, auch während unser Aufenthalt. Tolle Location, sehr zu empfehlen!

Ljubazni domaćini, mirno okruženje i blizina starog grada Labina (20 minuta pješice) čine ovo mjesto idealnim za odmor. Plaže u Rapcu i okolici su također lako dostupne autom za samo 15tak minuta.
