Surrounded by 3000 sqm of a private, fenced garden, with private pool, with spectacular views over the valleys and nature in the heart of Istria. Villa Krajcar is a beautifully furnished holiday home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on the ground floor. The pool with sun beds and parasols is directly under the outdoor dining table. A few steps away there is a large stone fireplace and a barbecue. The garden is spacious and very well maintained, with large shady trees. The interior is beautifully furnished with beautiful stone elements. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an inside fireplace. Parking is provided on the property.

We were welcomed and showed around by the host’s son and their dog.
Everyone was very lovely and the garden is amazing!
The owners live above the Airbnb which makes it very easy to reach out if needed.
There was more than enough space to park our cars.
Everything was very clean and the linnen smelled amazing.
The only thing that I could point out that would have been better, is a more stable WiFi. Other than that, we had a perfect stay!

Die Unterkunft sah wie auf den Fotos aus – geräumig, groß, sauber. Es ist sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, vor allem die Küche ist nur mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet (exakt 6 Teller, Besteck, etc. für die max. Personenanzahl).
Auch der Außenbereich ist schön, gepflegt und sehr groß. Für jüngere Kinder gibt es ein Spielhaus, was für ältere Kinder jedoch gänzlich uninteressant ist. Dafür gibt es ein großes Fußballtor mit reichlich Platz (Fußball sollte man selbst mitnehmen, da nur Bälle mit viel zu wenig Luft herumliegen).
Die Lage war im ersten Moment super schön, nachdem allerdings von links Ziegen und von rechts Hühner und Esel über einige Stunden zu hören waren, verflog die Euphorie leider recht schnell.
Aber nicht nur die Tiere, auch die Leute die über der Unterkunft wohnen waren laut. Vor allem abends wurde ständig getrampelt und mehrfach hörte es sich so an, als würde jemand Möbel verschieben.
Wenn man die Ruhe genießen will ist man hier falsch, ansonsten schöne Unterkunft.

This beautiful “off the beaten track” setting in the natural countryside was exactly what we needed. Some visits to the very busy high season Rovinj some 25 minutes away made us appreciate the peace quiet and beauty even more. Some highlights included the beautiful hammock between the oak trees, the expansive natural garden , and the infinity pool! Thank you for welcoming us Filip and Nikiola and family! Erg genoten van de rustige grote tuin met zwembad en BBQ. Plaatsen zoals Rovinj en Porec ben je met een half uurtje als je even wat leven om je heen wil.

Das Haus war wunderschön! Vor allem der riesige Garten und der fantastische Pool. Wir haben es geliebt, zu schwimmen, auf der Terasse zu essen und in der Hängematte zu lesen.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass die Gegend sehr ruhig und wenig touristisch ist. Die Landschaft ist grün und malerisch. Kleine Städte und gute Restaurants sind trotzdem schnell zu erreichen.
Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das gesamte Ambiente lädt zur Entspannung ein. Der Pool war bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen eine super Erfrischung.
Mitten in der Natur, konnte man einfach nur entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen.
Der Kontakt mit Filip war super easy und es gab immer zeitnah eine Antwort.
Danke nochmal für die schöne Zeit.
Ausnahmslos zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, der Pool war wunderschön und auch der Außenbereich hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage war wunderbar für Tagesausflüge! :)

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – als nette Geste gab es sogar frische Eier geschenkt. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und wunderbar ländlich, perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen liegt. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert🌼

What a beautiful peaceful location. Everything is perfect! The most friendliest hosts and of course not forgetting Hugo who greeted us each day, gave a good home feeling. The villa is top standard, all amenities are available. WiFi was great. Pool was just the perfect place to relax. I will miss watching the many variety of birds who come to visit especially the Eurasian Hoopoes! Thank you so much, we love Croatia and will be back
