On the east coast of the Istrian peninsula you will find this beautiful, new, well-equipped villa with a large swimming pool.
In the garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres and is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and barbecue, you will feel like newborn.
On the sun terrace you can especially enjoy the jacuzzi.
The interior design of Villa Terra Magica will satisfy even the most demanding among you - a warm atmosphere, good content design, comfortable air-conditioned rooms.
On the lower floor of the villa there is a spacious living room and kitchen, bedroom with bathroom, billiard area, laundry room and bathroom.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with bathrooms, a gym and a sauna.
Air conditioners are located in all bedrooms and the living room.

Wir waren zu neunt eine Woche in der Villa Terra Magica und waren vollends zufrieden. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Inseln ist überragend. Pool und Whirlpool waren bei dieser Aussicht, neben der Abkühlung, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Sie ist sehr abgelegen und dadurch ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig und privat. Genau dass, was wir gesucht haben. Hari ist super freundlich und flexibel. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ich habe mit meiner Frau, Tochter, Schwiegersohn und Enkelin 14 Tage das Haus von Hari bewohnt. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es eine lecker Flasche Weißwein! Das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr ruhigen gelegen. Das letzte Haus an der Straße, welche zwar sehr Abenteuerlich ist,- aber locker in 15-20 min. bis Labin mit dem Auto bewerkstelligt werden kann. Bei Fragen haben wir uns via Messenger ausgetauscht. Die Antworten kamen super schnell. Nach ca. 2 Tagen ist das Warmwasser kalt geblieben. Der Elektrisch beheizte Boiler ist nach Austausch des Heizstabes nach drei Stunden wieder gelaufen. Wir haben sehr die Aussicht vom Whirlpool auf die Adria genossen. Benutzt den Holzkohle Grill im Gartenzimmer mit 2 Pakete Kohle. Der ist etwas größer. Ein Paket ist von Hari gestellt worden. Es ist Rundum ein Empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil!

Das Haus liegt traumhaft oberhalb des Meeres. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe waren phänomenal. Bis zum Meer ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zu Fuß, aber es lohnt sich, da man dort so ziemlich alleine ist.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa with its gorgeous view over the sea. The villa was clean and modern and the host was very pleasant, kind and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was the road to and from the villa. It’s a twisty, single track road that runs for about 5 or 6 miles, and it can be a little tricky if you meet a vehicle coming the other way. This made us a little reluctant to go out and thus, felt quite isolated. The nearest shops are in Labin which is about 20-25 minutes away by car. The nearest seaside town is Rabac, which is really nice and that’s about 25 minutes away in the car.

Vila a fost excelentă, cu o priveliște minunata spre mare,liniștită, și cu toate condițiile necesare de care are nevoie o familie.
Feraneo a fost la fel foarte amabil cu noi. Nu departe există un restaurant,si plaja se afla la 17 min cu masina.
Puțin complicat a fost drumul pina la vila, insa a meritat tot efortul pentru așa vila frumoasă!
Și cățelușul gazdei a fost foarte dragut cu no i, ne-am atașa de el.❤️

Tolle Unterkunft mit überragendem Ausblick. Tischtennisplatte, Whirlpool und großer Pool, machten unsere Urlaubswoche perfekt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war top.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Waren als eine Gruppe von 10 Personen dort. Sehr schönes Haus, sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Eine ruhige abgelegene Bucht ist in gut 40 Minuten zu Fuß über einen Trampelpfad leicht zu erreichen.

Magnificent view, well equipped and clean property; perfect for those who would like to enjoy a quiet retreat since it’s located a bit distant from the crowded areas. The last part of the way to the property is rather rural (narrow and not well-paved). The host is very friendly and supportive. We enjoyed the stay there very much and would recommend it.
