The house is divided into three levels – basement, ground floor, and first floor. The ground floor features a central communal area with a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an electric stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The dining area, with its large table for six, is perfect for shared meals, while the living room, with its spacious sofa and TV, offers a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.
On the first floor are two elegant bedrooms with double beds, TVs, air conditioning, and wardrobes. The master bedroom boasts a balcony with a stunning sea view – a perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additionally, there are two modern bathrooms with showers, toilets, and towels. In the basement, you’ll find a guest toilet and a utility area with a washing machine and drying rack.

The centerpiece is the heated saltwater pool, measuring 32 m², which provides refreshment during hot summer days and relaxation in cooler months.
