The impressive interior of 700 m² spills over three luxuriously vast levels. Five suites are distributed over two of the top floors, each with an ensuite bathroom and access to a balcony with panoramic sea views. The ground floor unfolds into a lavish open space with cleverly distinguished areas. The living room with a large flatscreen TV, composed of designer furnishings and notable light fixtures, is equally suitable for comfort and elegant entertainment evenings. Top of the line fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table is separated by a marble partition with integrated fireplace, while the bar and a library are on the other end providing yet another unique separate area. Floor to ceiling windows inviting bountiful sunlight treat to glamorous views of Elafiti Islands. A sauna, gym area and BBQ facilities are provided for your enjoyment as well as a playroom with plenty of toys and books the entertainment of the little ones.

Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
