NAUTICA Two-Bedroom Apartment is located in town Novigrad. It is in 5 minutes walking distance from the town center and the nearest beach is located in less than 5 minutes walking distance. It is located on  1st floor. Interior size is   60 m2 and  balcony  is   5 m2. An additional feature of this accommodation is the sea view. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is in the kitchen and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the building.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 50€ -  Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Vieles sogar in Reserve vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Er war immer erreichbar. Hat uns bei Sturm sogar davor eine Wetterwarnung geschickt. Die Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt ist fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nautica apartment. It was clean and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor from the balcony. The owner was very helpful, he welcomed us, explained everything in detail, and gave us valuable advice.

Zelo čist, lep in udoben apartma, veliko posode in pripomočkov v kuhinji. Klima je v vsakem prostoru, velik balkon, ki ima senco borovcev skozi ves dan. Čudovit razgled na marino in mesto. Plaža je minutko stran, veliko sence in gostinska ponudba. Lastnik apprtmaja je zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv. Zagotovo še pridem.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Apartment Nautica in Novigrad. Communication with the owner was excellent from the beginning — friendly, helpful, and very reliable. The apartment is perfectly located, very close to some of the most beautiful beaches and still within easy reach of the town center. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos on the booking platforms. We especially appreciated how clean the apartment was, as well as the thoughtful and well-equipped interior. You can really feel that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel comfortable. The lovely balcony with a view of the marina was a great place to relax. We happily give Apartment Nautica 10 out of 10 points and would definitely love to come back!

Apartment “Nautica” won me over with its location and the luxurious view from the windows! It feels so wonderful to wake up and see pine trees, and to drink coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea and the yachts. That alone is more than enough to restore your peace of mind. Among the lovely bonuses: a very kind and welcoming host, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, and clean linen. And what was very important for us was the parking! I was truly grateful for the opportunity to spend my vacation in such a place. I’m planning to come back there 🤗
