Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir waren dort 8 Tage mit 2 Personen. Es gibt neuwertige Fenster mit guter Verdunkelung. Nachts konnte man ruhig schlafen, bis auf einige laute Motorräder, die gibt es aber überall in Rovinj. Die Küche und die Möbel sind zweckmäßig aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Balkon fällt wegen dem Wasserablauf etwas nach vorne ab, das ist am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Fußläufig gibt es 3 große Supermärkte und mehrere Bäcker, sowie einige Restaurants und Mc Donalds. Nebenan wird ein neues Haus gebaut, da gab es ab und zu etwas Baulärm, aber alles im Rahmen. Vom Balkon blickt man auf eine relativ belebte Kreuzung und eine Waschstraße. Am Anfang hat das etwas genervt aber über die Tage war das besser als Fernsehschauen, es gab die kuriosesten Verkehrssituationen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, wir haben sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk bekommen. Auf dem Gelände gab es auch noch 2 Katzen und 4 Schildkröten. Alles in allem würden wir die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.

A környék könnyen megközelíthető sétálva 20 - 30 perc alatt a belvárosba lehet eljutni. Közvetlen környezetben élelmiszerbolt és étterem. Autóval 5 perc a belváros. A szállásnál a parkolás könnyű és egyszerű. Érdemes gyalog menni a városba, mert ott nehéz parkolót találni.

Obiekt świetnie wyposażony. Dosłownie na wyciągnięcie ręki piekarnia, markety, .myjnia samochodowa. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani przez nasze gospodynie. I jeszcze te prezenty na koniec. Cóż, mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić Apartament Stojana.

A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek, figyelmesek. A lakás tiszta, napfényes, tágas. Három kamasz és két felnőtt igazán kényelmesen elfért az ott töltött napokban.

Good place to explore Rovinj. You'll have access to the top floor of the house with a private entrance and your own set of keys, with the host living on the bottom floor. The place is located near lots of supermarkets and is an approx 20 min walk into the town centre.
Generally had everything we needed for a week long stay, and was spaceous for 2 people. You'll have to buy things like tea, coffee, and body wash/shampoo. The place has aircon but it doesn't really reach the bedrooms that well even on full blast. Mosquitoes are a problem at night so you have to sleep with the windows closed - we were there in Summer so the rooms can get quite hot (and there was one standing fan). Wifi is generally good but can be patchy in some areas of the house.
Just a note communication during the stay was done with the host directly rather than the agency which manages the booking on airbnb.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat az apartmanban, és a lakás mindenben megfelelt a leírásnak.
A házigazdánk nagyon kedves volt és mindig azonnal reagált, ha valami kis problémánk volt.
Külön tetszett, hogy amikor megérkeztünk, esernyőkkel jött elénk, mert szakadt az eső. Főleg németül tudtunk kommunikálni. Ajándékot is kaptunk tőle - tényleg nagyon kedves és barátságos volt! :)
A környék csendes volt, jól tudtunk aludni és pihenni. Sok bolt (Konzum, Lidl stb.) volt a közelben! Mi biciklit béreltünk és azzal könnyen, gyorsan lejutottunk a központba és a strandra.
A WIFI időnként kicsit lassú volt, de nekünk ez nem okozott problémát.
Légkondi is van a nappaliban, de mi azt nem hasztnáltuk, mert az időjárás nem volt túl meleg, csak 24-25 volt kint.
Nagyon jól lehetett parkolni: bent a kertben, vagy kint a ház mellett is.
Összességében mindennel meg voltunk elégedve, köszönjük szépen! :)
