Bell'appartamento, confortevole, pulito e ben attrezzato. Abbiamo avuto un problema appena arrivati, risolto subito con i cordiali proprietari.

Propriétaires très accueillantes. Appartement calme, propre, grand, très bien équipé. La cafetière était cassée, la propriétaire est allée la remplacer au plus tôt dès l’ouverture des magasins le lundi matin ! Parking devant la maison très pratique. Logement à 10mn en voiture du centre-ville de Rovinj.

A lovely, spacious, clean and air-conditioned apartment with plenty of storage space, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The host was very kind and welcoming.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft .Sehr netten Leute ,sehr sauber und angenehmen dort in der Wohnug die auch voll ausgerüstet war. Mit dem Auto hat man paar Minuten bis zum Einkaufzentrum entfernt und 10 min bis Stadtzentrum.Wir werden für nächstes Jahr sicher nochmals dort sein .Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Vielen Dank ..!!

Wir waren zu viert zum Tauchen in der ersten Aprilwoche da, also Nebensaison und tagsüber nur 12-15°. Cocaletto liegt nur 5 min vom Campingplatz Vestar entfernt, wo die Tauchbasis Morski Puz angeschlossen ist. In ca. 10 min ist man in Rovinj (wunderschöne Stadt). Die Zimmer waren top, alles sauber. Mitte der Woche gab es frische Handtücher (ohne Anfrage). Balkon vorne und hinten, also ausreichend Platz, um nassgewordene Unterzieher zu trocknen. Es war ein bisschen kalt, da die Wohnung nur durch eine Klimaanlage geheizt wurde. Auf dieses wurden wir aber direkt bei der Buchung hingewiesen, sodass es keine Überraschung war. Ein Badezimmer, was zu viert etwas Planung benötigte, aber kein Problem war. Der Grillplatz unten vor dem Haus konnte ohne Probleme genutzt werden. Auf Anfrage konnten wir alles bekommen. Kommunikation ging sehr gut auf englisch, deutsch ist aber auch möglich. Alles in allem sehr freundliche und nette Besitzer, die unten im Haus wohnen, aber keineswegs aufdringlich sind.
