In honor of the artist himself, Villa Milo is a work of art, a museum, and an example of effortless elegance. Located just around the corner from Dubrovnik overlooking Zaton Bay, with a private access to the beach Villa Milo showcases luxurious modesty. The work on the Villa was started by the artist Milovan Stanić himself, but it had only been recently finished in 2022 with the dedication of his family. Perhaps the most notable is the museum situated in the basement of the house taking up 80 m² showcasing artist’s notable work. Airy openness continues throughout the house, with windows facing the sea allowing unobstructed, extraordinary sea views. Natural colors dominate the interior with wood beamed ceilings, comfortable and contemporary yet unpretentious furnishings. Perhaps even most impressive are the outdoor terraces extending the further 200 m² with an infinity pool, covered seating areas, dining table and balconies which can be reached from each of the bedrooms. Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
