The nearest beach - Lone Beach (with bars and sun loungers) is just a 10-minute walk away. You can reach the city center with a pleasant 15-minute walk. You don't need a car. Walk and enjoy nature, the sea, people-watching... For those who love nature, the beautiful Punta Corrente park-forest is only a few minutes away. Here you can walk, swim, sunbathe on natural rocky beaches or under the trees, jog, or ride a bike. Five minutes away from the apartment, there are also sports facilities – basketball and tennis courts, and a bowling alley. In a nearby hall, you can join group exercises with a professional trainer (Pilates, cardio exercises, etc.).

On the terrace, there is a hot tub for 3-4 people and a space for socializing and relaxing.
