Lovely holiday home Villa Belleza is located in one of Croatia’s most relaxing destinations, the charming Ražanj, only 70 meters to the beach. Subtle pastel colors fill its 130 m² interior featuring pretty light fixtures, elegant furnishing and tidy décor. Comfortable bedrooms with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, and a specious and bright living room are all distributed over three levels. From the ground floor a summer outdoor deck can be reached with a large 32 m² heated pool surrounded by sun loungers, upkept green lawn and also a specious separate outdoor kitchen with an open fire barbecue and alfresco dining table. Your grecious host supplies 3 bicycles for your use.
In three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated with optional two more on the sofa bed.
Ražanj is a small fishing village and a popular destination among families known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Plenty of restaurants serving delicious local delicacies, shops and marvelous beaches are in the vicinity. Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Or head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant dining options, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.
For transparency: please account for 600 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pool heating is available with an additional 15 euro per day pool heating fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
