The outdoor area is the heart of the property, inviting guests to make the most of long summer days. A private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, while a traditional stone table beneath the shade of mature trees provides the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, family lunches, or relaxed evening dinners. The authentic stone barbecue makes outdoor cooking a pleasure, allowing you to savour fresh local ingredients under the open sky.

Inside, the villa combines rustic character with modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a welcoming dining and living area decorated in warm, natural tones, creating a cosy atmosphere for spending time together. A decorative traditional fireplace adds to the authentic Dalmatian ambience, while air conditioning, a TV, and all essential amenities ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. A bathroom is also conveniently located on the ground floor.

The first floor, connected by an external staircase, features two bright and air-conditioned bedrooms. Flexible bedding arrangements allow the beds to be configured as either double or twin beds to suit your group. One bedroom accommodates two guests, while the second comfortably sleeps three. If required, the sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for two guests.

Villa Dubrava also offers private parking for up to six vehicles. Despite its peaceful and secluded setting, the charming village of Pučišća is less than 5 km away, where you'll find supermarkets, cafés, traditional Dalmatian restaurants, and everything needed for a carefree holiday. The villa is accessed via a gravel road, ensuring a greater sense of privacy while remaining easily reachable.

Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total booking price.

Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.

28 to 15 days prior to arrival: 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)

14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
