Description
Holiday home Tower is a 300 years old single villa situated on a working farm. It is perfect for 8 people in 4 bedrooms of which 3 are double bedrooms and 1 is with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms are with showers and a washing machine. There is also a playroom with PlayStation to enjoy a little fun. Inside the fully air-conditioned villa there is a fully-furnished living room with sofas. The kitchen-diner has an elegant dining table with 8 seats and a flat-screen TV while the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a cooker hob and a fridge with a freezer. There is a large garden with a BBQ, seating area and garden furniture. Part of the garden is set up as the children’s playing area with a swing set, a slide and a tower climber. Guests also have access to a private pool (50 square meters) with a section for kids (0.5m deep). It is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outside shower. A sauna promises a holiday that is deeply relaxing and fulfilling. Guests can step out to explore the surroundings up to 30 km on two quads and three bicycles that are available for use free of cost but must provide for gas. Right at the entrance, there is a well.

From start to finish the hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The house, set in a beautiful rural location, was not only clean and tidy throughout but offered the most beautiful outdoor space. With a pool and sauna with outdoor cooking area as well as quad bikes for the adrenaline junkies among you. Given fresh fruit from the working farm and offered helpful information, volunteering to take us to the chemist when needed. All round a truly spectacular setting with the most attentive of host.

Everything was Perfect. The house is immaculately clean, very well furnished, beautiful. We had everything we needed. The hosts, Daniela and Darko, were always there to help us, provide advice. The house is in Perfect location between a lagoon/lake and the seaside. The location is serene and private, yet only 20 min drive to Zadar. Also close to Split and Trogir. The pool and the quads - what can I say -- were the best! Our kids went crazy. We already miss this summer. Thank you Daniela and Darko!!❤️

Unser Highlight:
Der Poolbereich war super! Besonders gut hat uns der flache Kinderbereich und der Spielturm mit Rutsche und Schaukeln gefallen. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme rund um den Pool sind super.
Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind landestypisch, es war alles da, was man braucht.
Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Hat uns sogar Lebensmittel geschenkt.
Es ist noch nicht alles fertig gebaut, aber es wird bestimmt toll werden. Wir sind gespannt, wie es irgendwann mal aussehen wird.
Für uns (Aufenthalt mit 4 kleinen Kindern) war es etwas schade, dass sich der Wohnraum nicht ebenerdig zum Pool befindet. Das hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt.
Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
Sie liegt gut gelegen für Unternehmungen wie Nationalparks und nach Zadar. Das haben wir sehr genossen.

Top Unterkunft mit bester Ausstattung der Pool ist absolut ausreichend für 8 Personen zum entspannen. Die Sauna ist vor allem abends wenn es doch schon etwas kühler ist vollends zu empfehlen. Auch die Ausstattung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen man hat wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Küche ist hat fast alles was man gebrauchen könnte und mal kann easy für bis zu 8 Personen feinste Festmahle zubereiten. Man hat einen sehr großzügigen Wohn- und Essbreich in dem man auch mal bei schlechtem wetter gemütlich beisammen sitzen kann. Alles in allem wirklich super Ausstattung und es sollte nichts einem super Urlaub im Weg stehen.

Big house, spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a game room with TV and PS4. Also you can use Quads and bicycles.
There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Everything was very nice, large and contains all what you need. The swimming pool, although it is not cover but with the nice weather it was warm enough to swimm, the kids enjoyed very much! Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and we would like the thank the owners for welcoming us in. Bringing us freshly picked cherries on multiple occasions and a fridge of food ready for our first evening! The facilities were good and the use of quads made it fun and different from any other holiday.
