Location was perfect. Cute/Clean room with kitchenette. Easy to get up to only if you are abled-bodied (stairs). Linda, the apartment owner was there for us when we needed help getting picked up from the airport and was so gracious and attentive. I wish i could have met her in person so to thank her for the stay snd all the help on our first days in Croatia.

Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in Split und ich habe eine Woche in Lindas Studio verbracht. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Direkt am Grünen Markt, nahe der Uferpromenade, wenige Minuten zu Supermärkten, Busstation und dem Diokletian-Palast, umgeben von vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants. Auch die Stadtstrände sind fußläufig erreichbar – der nächste in ca. 15 Minuten, die äußeren in etwa 45 Minuten. Vom Riva führt mi-so ein kostenfreier Shuttle zur Mall of Split. Das Studio ist kompakt, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet: Kochnische, großes Bett, private Terrasse sowie Shampoo, Bodylotion und sogar Handwaschmittel. Eine Wäscherei und einen Bioladen gibt es im Innenhof. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sicher und schläft nachts ungestört. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Lindas Kommunikation: Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar, reagiert sofort und findet immer eine Lösung. Vielen Dank Linda!

Hyggeligt sted placeret tæt på den gamle bydel. God seng og aircondition. Der var stille, når man sad på altanen. Værten Linda svarer hurtigt og holdt os opdateret på helligdage, så vi kunne handle ind inden alt lukkede.

Staying at Linda’s was truly a pleasure. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to anything you may need - grocery stores, a pharmacy, kebab shops and the market right across the road. Yet, the neighbourhood remains peaceful, away from the hassle of central Split. The apartment was very clean, and exactly as described on the listing, very comfortable for a four night stay. Wifi was good, and the a/c worked great. Most of all we enjoyed our time on the balcony with a lovely view of other houses with green, picturesque window shutters. Linda was very responsive and very accommodating, which we were very grateful for. Overall, a perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!

Great apartment, decorated with care. Great location and good host, Linda, who provided clear instructions for the check-in. Clean, cozy terrace, a fridge and basic kitchen. Good shower and airco, really silent as well. Supermarket, bakery, market and the old town just around the corner, beach in walking distance. Just perfect. Thank you Linda, we absolutely enjoyed our stay!
