CROWONDER LUCKY APARTMENT A2 is, above all, an ideal location. The facility's area is fenced, so parents do not have to worry about the safety of their children. The smallest guests will probably spend most of their time in the swimming pool located on the property. An adult must always supervise children in and around the pool!
The beach is only 50 meters away, which is close enough to return home at any time. Diklo beach is a gravel and concrete beach with a gentle descent. There is also a pine forest nearby, in the shade of which you can relax or take a walk. A rich infrastructure of bars, restaurants, and other entertainment facilities is right next to the beach.

BEACHES

Diklo beach - the distance from the apartment is approx. 50m - concrete quay, gently shelving beach, ladders in places, coast partly covered with gravel (sunbathing part), trees in places.

Borik beach - the distance from the apartment is approx. 1 km - it is one of the region's most famous and best-developed beaches. It has a Blue Flag badge awarded for beach quality and water purity. It has an area of ​​45,000 m2 and a length of 1,300 m. The coast, as well as the seabed, is primarily gravelly and small-stoned. In some places there are concrete banks in the shape of a swimming pool or piers. There is also a part with sand on the shore. The water gradually gets deeper. The beach is well developed, there are showers, changing rooms, catering facilities, sports and recreation facilities, and also for children (the exact offer depends on the season). On the coast, you can hide from the sun in the natural shade of trees.

Puntamika beach - the distance from the apartment is approx. 2 km - pebble and small stones, gently shelving beach.

Rt Puntamika beach - the distance from the apartment is approx. 2.1 km - pebbly, gently shelving beach.

Uskok beach - the distance from the apartment is approx. 1.9 km - pebble and fine-stone, gently shelving beach.

The apartment is within walking distance from the centre of the Borik and Diklo districts, where many shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes exist.

To reach our property, leave the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and drive to Zadar. After entering the city, continue driving to the Borik/Diklo district.
