The 115 m² of living space consists of an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet.

The living room is equipped with a large, fold-out sofa with a sleeping function and has a direct exit to a nice sunny balcony (13 m²) which is a zone of peace and relaxation. It offers an extraordinary view of the sea, islands and green olive groves that surround the villa from almost all sides. There is a set of balcony lounge furniture.

Both bedrooms have double beds and are cooled by the air conditioning unit located in the hall. Bedrooms share one large balcony.

Outside the building, in a garden surrounded by greenery, there is a heated swimming pool (40m²) with a jacuzzi function and a sunny terrace with sun loungers.  

There is also a brick barbeque, that allows preparing summer meals in the fresh air.

The property is fenced and located away from other buildings, giving more privacy and comfort for couples and families with children.

A private parking space is available in the front of the building.

BEACHES

The nearest beach is about 500 m from the apartments and it is a sandy beach.

Practically the entire coast of Sveti Filip and Jakov and nearby villages are used for beaches, which are ideal for children due to the flat coastline and gentle descent to the sea. The shore as well as the bottom of the sea is mostly covered by a pebble or small stones. The water gradually becomes deep. 

Iza Banja Beach - 900m from the apartments: coastline mostly concrete platforms, partially pebble and a sea bottom pebble, sandy, or with small stones. Shallow water, natural shadow available. Showers, changing cabins, WC, gastronomic points, beach bars, playground for children, beach volleyball playground, sea equipment renting.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES

The apartments are located within walking distance of the centre of Sv. Filip and Jakov (900m -1,5 km), where there are shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes. The nearest shop is about 450m from the property, a coffee bar is about 250m, and a restaurant is 700m far.

To reach our property, leave the A1 motorway at the Benkovac exit and head for Biograd na Moru/Sv. Filip i Jakov.
