One of a kind charming property located right on the water in a secluded, quiet and tranquil bay. Villa Oasis provides comfort, luxury, relaxation, privacy and views of the gorgeous landscape in every direction. Without many neighbors around you are sure to have the beautiful blue Adriatic to yourself. Two levels occupy the villa. On the ground floor is a large, fully equipped, modern kitchen with a large dining table seating 12. Here are also two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom as well as two bathrooms. On the upper level are the remaining two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, also a lounge with a sofa bed and a balcony. Facing the sea, each room allows for a breathtaking view. For your comfort and enjoyment provided are a gym, pool table, sauna, table tennis, children’s playground and a Jacuzzi. Impressive outdoor area provides covered lounge areas, alfresco dining, barbecue facilities, and stone deck to access the pool with a smaller section within for the little ones’ safety. If you fancy a swim early in the morning in the sea, you won’t go far as the access to the sea is at your doorstep.

The surrounding area allows for endless exploring of Croatian natural wonders. National Park Mljet is on the island reachable by ferry. And the infamous Dubrovnik is 40 kilometers southeast and most definitely worth a visit. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today Dubrovnik displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect viewpoint to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. Welcome to Dalmatia!
For transparency: please account for 700 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pool heating is available for 18 euro per night. Pets are welcome upon request with an additional 10 euro per night pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age. The rental of 2 kayaks and 4 stand-up paddleboards is 200 euros per week, with unlimited use included. Additional services such as a chef, extra cleaning, boat rental or excursions are available on request.
