A villa in a beautiful setting that will leave you speechless. Villa Dias consists of two living units offering six ensuite bedrooms in total and extras such as a large outdoor private pool, sauna room, billiards table, exercise equipment, table football, outdoor children’s play zone, alfresco dining with authentic barbecue area and terraces offering splendid views of the breathtaking scenery around. Located on the slope of a mountain privileged views of the Adriatic, the islands across and the mountains can all be enjoyed from many of the seating areas, a pool deck or from any of the house windows. Constructed with traditional Dalmatian limestone the villa fits perfectly into the natural landscape while the interior ample bright areas are equally inviting and comfortable, showcasing exposed wood beams, tile floors, lounge area, fully equipped contemporary kitchen and a large dining table seating twelve, occupying 270 m² in total.
Eleven adult guests are comfortably accommodated in six of the bedrooms. There is an additional private attic studio with a single bed accommodating one more adult.
Brsečine is a charming and relaxing fishing village with beautiful pebble beaches, 20km west of Dubrovnik. Enjoy the tranquility of nature around you or head down to Dubrovnik if you are in for more excitement.
Infamous city Dubrovnik just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. Welcome to Dalmatia!
Please note: fresh bread can be delivered each morning from a local bakery with prior notice. Baby cot and high chair available upon request.
For transparency: for bookings under seven nights 150 euro cleaning fee applies. Please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Although the holiday villa is available year-round the pool is open from mid-April to mid-October. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
