Each unit offers a living area and a kitchen, with one being a 3 bedrooms unit and the other a 6 bedroom unit. There is an additional unit with fun and activities such as a pool table, kids’ playroom, a gym and a relaxing living room. Distributed over 3000 m² is the impressive great outdoor area with 10 parking spaces, four bicycles, olive trees, stone paved terraces, covered lounge areas with comfortable garden furniture, a 50 m² swimming pool within a green oasis, a children’s playground and a barbecue house with a summer kitchen and a dining table fit for 22 occupants. Pool heating is available in off season. Beach is only 100 meters away.
With nine bedrooms 18 adult guest are comfortably accommodated. Option to accommodate four more on the sofa beds is possible.
With only 19 kilometers east of Split - Jesenice is small tranquil settlement on the Dalmatian coast ideal for enjoying clear blue waters of the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations. Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats’ cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is rich in fresh seafood, olives and delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islands and visit a UNESCO World Heritage proclaimed Old Town Trogir.
For transparency: please account for 800 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. The hosts may use an apartment on the premises with a different entrance at times, quietly and out of sight of guests. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
