Villa Ariana consists of two separate apartments, each with its own separate entrance, allowing complete independence and therefore making it a perfect choice for two families. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Upstairs unit has one complete bathroom while downstairs has two bathrooms at your disposal. Stone terrace leads to a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and tidy plant beds. Sea views can be enjoyed from one of the comfortable lounge areas provided on the balcony or the terrace. Covered alfresco dining table, BBQ facilities, fitness area, a kayak and SUP are at your disposal. In walking distance to the sea, the villa generously grants a reserved spot on the beach with deck chairs and a table for your enjoyment. Welcome to Holiday House Ariana.
With four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Upon request it is possible to accommodate two more guests with extra beds.
Ražanj is a small fishing village and a popular destination among families known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Plenty of restaurants serving delicious local delicacies, shops and marvelous beaches are in the vicinity. Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Or head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant dining options, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.
