Pitve is a lovely village of stone houses found in the heart of Hvar Island dating back to Roman times. Plitve is an excellent destination for those looking to explore most of the island while having an authentic Hvar experience. Venture further into Stari Grad, climb the highest peak Sveti Nikola and of course visit the beautiful beaches practically anywhere on the island.
