Welcome to an enchanting paradise under the blue sky set directly on the alluring Adriatic. Gorgeous Villa Blue Bay with authentic architecture and immaculate well-thought out, contemporary and beautifully designed interior displays beamed wood ceilings, sun filled living spaces with comfortable plush sofas, rustic intimate bedrooms, and specious bathrooms with elegant fixtures. A specious and bright living room, open plan fully equipped kitchen with central island and dining area, plus one of the ensuite bedrooms are on the ground level, with access to the sea and pool deck. Remaining three ensuite bedrooms are on the upper lever, with access to the balcony. The outdoor features a large pool, seating lounge areas, covered outdoor dining with built in BBQ and sun loungers, all with a view of sailboats reflecting in the pristine blue waters of the sea. Beaches and supermarkets are within walking distance.
With four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Sofa bed in the living room could accommodate two more guests if necessary.
Accessible by a ferry from both Zadar and Biograd mountainous and green island Ugljan is a popular getaway destination for its stunning beaches as well as cycling and hiking trails. Locals spend time fishing, cultivating olives and grapes so while here be sure to try locally produced olive oil, marinated olives and delicious local wine. Absence of hotels make the island a relaxing destination far from the crowds.
For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Friendly pets are welcome with a 50 euro per pet, per week cleaning fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
