In perfectly secluded garden setting with views of the Adriatic Sea, Villa Green Oasis is an ideal island refuge for a perfect family holiday. It displays traditional Dalmatian architecture and modern interior design featuring wood tones and elegant fixtures, impressive appliances and quality furnishings. Two levels share the 160 m² interior with ensuite bedrooms, beautifully decorated bathrooms, a bright and comfortable living area with a flatscreen TV, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining table seating eight. The spacious garden is a total of 3000 m² and it houses a 32 m² heated pool surrounded by olive trees, shaded seating area, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining paired with a built-in traditional BBQ. For your enjoyment there is also a sauna, a children's playground, a ping pong table and hosts have generously provided 3 bicycles for your use. Beach is just 350m away.
With three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated with an option of one more on the sofa bed.
Pašman is Croatia’s greenest Island that can be easily reached from Zadar and Biograd and is a home to beautiful pebble and sandy beaches. It offers picturesque cycling and hiking for nature enthusiast. Unlike most tourist destinations Pašman does not have any hotels so you are sure to avoid crowdy beaches. Be sure to visit the 14th-century Franciscan monastery.
For transparency: Pool heating is available with a pool heating fee of 140 euros per week. Pool towels are not provided. Please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please inquire about pets. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
