With gorgeous terraces equipped with outdoor seating areas, an authentic Croatian BBQ, a jacuzzi and a pool surrounded with lavender gardens, with nothing but cypress trees standing in between you and the Adriatic yielding views of island Lokrum and the centuries old Dubrovnik walls, this is truly one of the most unique holiday villas in one of the most unique holiday locations. Built in 1938 Villa Historical Dubrovnik displays exceptional architecture. The interior is designed with timeless elegance in mind with ample and bright rooms offering stunning views. 

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a salon which will magically take you back decades in time into the royal era that the house continues to embrace. On the first floor is a one-bedroom suite with en-suite bath and its own salon and a private balcony overlooking the Adriatic. On the balcony you will find a hot tub. On the second floor are two beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms, a sauna with a shower room, and a mirror room with a luxury bathtub. And finally in the attic is another en-suite bedroom with a reading nook to enjoy a classic piece of literature. A smaller bedroom with two single beds is at your disposal should you require it. 

Ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated while three extra sofa beds can accommodate three more if necessary.

Infamous city Dubrovnik just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
