Beach House Joy is a seaside stone villa renovated in 2021 showcasing traditional Mediterranean charm. Bright and spacious, it features a heated pool, gorgeous views and a meticulous garden. Three levels occupy 240 m², two balconies and a terrace facing the sea, a large living area with a corner sofa, fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table seating ten, plus four ensuite bedrooms each with their own flat screen TV. Authentic BBQ is provided for your enjoyment as well as an outdoor dining area with a view of the harbour.
With four double bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Vinišće is a serene small fishing village with a lovely harbor. From here, Old Town Trogir, the World UNESCO Heritage site, is only 30 minutes away, with Split airport also being just 30 minutes away.
