Set quietly by the sea and offering beautiful sea views, this apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with balconies. The pebbly Bellevue Beach is only 200 metres away.
Apartment is set in a traditional Dalmatian stone villa, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. All of the apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and a TV. They are classically decorated with wooden furnishings and feature hardwood floors or marble/tiled floors.
The closest grocery store is only 100 metres away. Lero Bus Stop with links to Dubrovnik Port, which is 1.5 km away, and to the Old Town is 100 metres away.

There can't be many apartments with a balcony with a sea view in a quiet location less than 2km to a gate of the Old Town. It also have a well stocked super market and bakery close by and some great restaurants, including a Taj Mahal (not Indian) within a few minutes walk. Check out the Bellevue cove that is a few minutes walk away. The apartment its self is clean and had all we needed for a week away. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very clean and modern, in the perfect location. About a 20 minute walk to Old town and very near several rocky coves for swimming. We especially loved how peaceful and private the place was. We did struggle at first to locate the apartment but were met by Katarina on arrival who was welcoming and gave us several recommendations on what to do. Would recommend.

Svært godt fornøyd, hyggelig vertinne, rent og funksjonelt, god seng, rolig strøk og kun 3 minutters rusletur ned til vannet. God kommunikasjon til gamlebyen og ellers rundt i Dubrovnik. Nydelige morgener og kvelder på terrassen med utsyn mot havet. Et perfekt opphold.

Nice location, walking distance to the city. Quite with a nice view from the balcony overseeing the sea.
A great bath 150 meters from the apartment, from the cliffs with the convenient ladder. Refreshing!
Apartment is great and well suited for two people. Friendly and service minded owner that gave us tips for our stay. We will come again!

The apartment is modern and cosy and the location is amazing. It’s 10 minutes far from the old town by bus and there are 2 rocky beaches at a walking distance. So, I’d recommend the place for that, but I’d say the real host isn’t the person on Airbnb and salvica wasn’t answering my messages on the day of my arrival and I had to call the agency to help me check-in, so that wasn’t pleasant and from my experience, call the agency before to avoid that.

Vi har kost oss masse i leiligheten! Fine omgivelser, fin utsikt, roligt området! Ikke langt fra Strand, og ca 20-30 min å gå til gamlebyen! Ville anbefalt denne leiligheten😊
