The villa is a newly built residence with a pool on the edge of the town of Kastelir on the west coast of Istria. The villa was built in 2018 and sits on a 1000 square meter plot with manicured lawns. It is located in a quiet place, surrounded by olive groves and offers wonderful panoramic sea views. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities at Villa Nikolas, including a 32 square meter swimming pool, a large trampoline for children, a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a dining area for 8 people, a separate toilet and two parking spaces. The house is barrier-free and therefore suitable for people with limited mobility.
The villa with pool can accommodate 6-8 people and extends over 180 square meters over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room, a spacious living room with fireplace, a sofa bed for two people and two accesses to the covered terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and its own shower room/toilet and a separate toilet. There are three bedrooms on the first floor: two with double beds (one with an extra bed) and their own shower room/toilet as well as a shared terrace with seating. Both bedrooms offer wonderful panoramic views of the sea and the green landscape. The third bedroom is an air-conditioned children's room with two single beds. Please note that this property may not accept youth groups.
