BEACHES

The nearest one - called Jaz- is about 700m from the house. It is a pebbly and sandy beach with a shallow access to the sea, that is appropriate for children and the elderly. Along the coast stretches a promenade with tourist facilities: restaurant, beach and snack bar, shops stocked with necessary props for your sea vacation, showers, changing rooms, parasols and deck chairs for rent. Near the beach, there is a children’s playground and outdoor gym for adults. Along the coast there are several paved piers that are ideal for sunbathing and in the evening they offer a stunning panoramic view on the Zadar canal and unforgettable sunsets.

1 km - Pliša beach - This sandy beach in the shade of pine trees is ideal for families with children, equipped with all the necessary facilities: parasols and deck chairs, showers, changing rooms. On the beach guests will find beach bar and children’s playground and near the beach there is a big parking lot.

4,6 km Kraljičina plaža (Queens beach) - the most famous, 3km long, sandy beach in Zadar region. Little children love it- the lagune is huge ang has shellow, warm waters with sandy bottom. There is also a zone with medical mud. There is a beach bar, toilets and parking.

4,7 km Ždrijac beach - It is a part of Nin's sandy lagune that can be compared to a large bay with warm water and gentle descent to the sea. There is a kiteboard centre, a beach bar, toilets and parking.

5 km Bilotinjak beach - natural beach which is located west from the village. It is characterized by fine sand and clear water. Beach is sandy and shallow, ideal for children and non-swimmers. It is protected by several meters high sandy hill. It is hidden so visitors can fully enjoy the natural surroundings.

The nearest grocery is 550m from the villa, restaurant and coffee bar are about 700m. The large multi-branch markets are located in Nin- 4 km from the property.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar centar) and head for Zaton.
