Explore Casa di Estelle, a tranquil holiday home nestled within a serene location on a fully fenced property spanning 717 m². The enclosed and private outdoor space is perfect for children to play freely. Just a 6-minute drive away, you'll find the beach, restaurants, and a grocery shop for your convenience. Labin, the nearest town, is a 20-minute drive, offering numerous supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a bustling marketplace. The picturesque resort town of Rabac, with its stunning pebble beaches, expansive promenade, lively cocktail bars, and enticing boat excursions, is a scenic 25-minute drive away.
LIVING ROOM
Enter the spacious and inviting living room, furnished with an L-shaped sofa and an armchair for cozy relaxation. Enjoy entertainment with a Bluetooth stereo system, a 50-inch smart satellite television, and a complimentary Netflix account, ensuring endless viewing options for your enjoyment.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
In the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, you'll find a round dining table for six, ideal for shared meals. The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances, including a spacious fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, grill sandwich toaster, electric kettle, electric orange juicer, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, microwave, hand mixer, and hand blender.
BEDROOMS
Experience comfort in four cozy bedrooms, each featuring an attached bathroom and smart SAT televisions with complimentary Netflix accounts. Drift into a restful sleep on king-size beds (180×200 cm), dressed in luxurious damask bed linen for a truly indulgent bedtime experience. Mosquito nets on each window ensure uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. For added convenience, a guest toilet is situated near the living room. Two panoramic bedrooms on the first floor offer two comfortable balconies, while one bedroom is located on the ground floor and a larger bedroom is nestled in the basement.
BATHROOMS
Two en suite bathrooms are located on the first floor, with the third en suite bathroom situated on the ground floor. The fourth en suite bathroom can be found in the basement. Each bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with a luxurious rain shower feature. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower on the shared deck area, offering both cold and warm water options for your convenience.
TERRACE & PATIO
Enjoy the spacious terrace with a dining table, ideal for gatherings and conveniently connected to the kitchen. Relax in the sun-protected outdoor lounge area, furnished with a premium lounge set, deck chair, table, and wood BBQ. There is also a dedicated lounge area for the little ones. The patio invites you to linger, relax, and create lasting memories together.
BALCONY
There are two inviting sea-view balconies. The master bedroom boasts a private panoramic balcony with a large lounge bed and two deck chairs, offering stunning views of the sea, island, and surrounding greenery. The second balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and another bedroom, is equipped with two deck chairs and two armchairs for your comfort.
SHARED SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor shared deck area is designed for your comfort, featuring a beautifully refreshing 50 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a spacious deck area with eight sun loungers. The deck area is on a lower level than the main outdoor space, offering a more private atmosphere.
LAUNDRY ROOM
A dedicated room equipped with a washer and dryer, an ironing table and iron, and a drying rack. The room also offers ample space to store additional towels and bed linens.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
