Description
This charming holiday home with pool is located on a secluded hill in the center of Hvar, between the villages of Zastražišće and Gdinj. The panoramic views of the sea, the neighboring island and the mountain massif are simply breathtaking. Olive trees and fragrant plants grow on the spacious property. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. There is also a living room with a kitchen. Bedrooms #1 and #2 have an outside entrance and bedroom #3 is integrated into the living room but separated by a curtain. Rooms 1 and 3 have air conditioning and TV, while room 2 has an ideal temperature in summer and entertaining evenings on summer nights without TV. The covered terrace in front of the living room offers a beautiful view of the sea. The outdoor pool offers refreshing and fun swimming with a large sun terrace. Fitness equipment is also available (stepper and bike, weights, yoga mat). The indoor and outdoor cooler and the ice machine will take care of your cold drinks and fruits. At the back of the house is the entrance to the wine cellar where you can buy wines. Also, there is the occasional butterfly, ladybug, bee fly, mosquito or small caterpillar or gecko. Just allow yourself to blend in with nature and enjoy a piece of paradise.
The numerous bays on the south and north side of the village of Gdinj offer additional refreshments and days on the beach, here you can experience the beaches of Shrov Dolac and Skozonja.

Wir hatten eine wirklich phänomenale Zeit in diesem Haus auf der Insel Hvar. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich – fast genau in der Mitte zwischen Ost und West, und gefühlt auf dem höchsten Punkt der Insel. Dadurch hat man einen großartigen Rundumblick und das Gefühl, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Jasminwar unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar.
Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll gestaltet und eindeutig auf Outdoor-Leben ausgelegt. Die Terrassen und der Außenbereich sind durchdacht, ideal zum Entspannen, Kochen und Genießen der Aussicht.
An Tagen mit schlechtem Wetter wird allerdings deutlich, dass das Wohnzimmer recht kompakt ist – ein kleiner Couch- oder Lounge-Bereich für gemütliche Abende drinnen würde das Ganze perfekt abrunden. Trotzdem haben wir uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt, die Atmosphäre war entspannt und inspirierend. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und so, wie beschrieben. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Ort, um Hvar aus einer ganz besonderen Perspektive zu erleben! ♥

Very nice place with a wonderful view. Great pool and cozy rooms. Very completely equipped. Great that every bedroom has its own bathroom.

La maison est formidable : la vue est unique, la tranquilité des lieux est très appréciable, et les espacres intérieurs comme extérieurs sont à la fois confortables et décorés avec beacoup de goût. Il ne manque rien ! Et Pétra est une hôte arrageante et très attentionnée. Elle nous a conseillés sur les plages et restaurants, selon nos goûts, et nous a également rendu service pour l'organisation de notre trajet retour en bateau. J'ajoute que les chambres sont agrémentées de quelques très jolies toiles peintes par Pétra, magnifiques !

Kuća je smještena na spektakularnoj lokaciji, usred prirode s pogledom koji oduzima dah. Pravi mali raj za odmor. A Petra i Jasmin su bili prekrasni domaćini koji su nas super dočekali i zbog kojih smo se osjećali kao kod kuće. Svakako mjesto na koje bi se ponovno vratila ❤️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Petra und Jasmin waren immer sofort da falls wir etwas gebraucht haben und das Haus ist einfach wunderschön!!!!! Und der Ausblick!! Wow

Prekrasno mjesto za uživanje s obitelji i prijateljima. Kuća ima sve što vam treba i više. Svaka soba ima svoju privatnost.
Mir i tišina se doslovno mogu čuti i baš kao što joj i ime govori ovo je kuća slobode.
Hvala Petri i Jasminu na ljubaznosti i toplom dočeku. Domaćini su bili dostupni u svakom trenutku.

We had one of the most relaxing vacations ever at this villa! Can’t recommend it highly enough. It was the highlight of our time on Hvar, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is so connected to nature, with nothing but silence and the sound of birds—complete relaxation and rejuvenation.
The villa itself is beautiful. The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the modern bathrooms are fantastic, and the kitchen and outdoor patio offer gorgeous views. Everything was incredibly clean, and we felt like we were at home, in our own villa.
The pool area is stunning! The sea views, nearby islands, and olive trees create such a breathtaking scene. We loved relaxing by the pool during the day and having fun poolside parties at night. The sunsets are truly magical.
We also attended a wedding at the villa, and it was one of the most memorable, epic party weddings we've ever been to. The stunning Hvar provides a fairytale wedding vibe, and the house is perfect for big, memorable parties.
The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and happy people, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Exploring the area on the provided four-cross mountain bikes was a blast, and we felt a real sense of freedom. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back!
