The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a carefree stay, including a filter coffee machine, moka coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and all necessary kitchen essentials for preparing meals during your holiday. Children’s dinnerware is also available.

The apartment features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), blackout curtains, and a peaceful ambiance designed for relaxing nights and restful sleep.

The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, hair dryer, and all essentials for a comfortable stay.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
