Cancellation policy

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:

Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].

Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
