Villa Ena is a 1,710 m² fully enclosed property, tucked away in a serene location. It boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private infinity pool with a 180-degree sea view, a spacious deck and a rooftop terrace with a workspace. The outdoor space is completely private, surrounded by greenery, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere.
The closest town, Labin, is just a 17-minute drive away, offering a lively market, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. A leisurely 25-minute drive brings you to the charming resort town of Rabac, known for its beautiful pebble beaches, lively promenade, cocktail bars, and boat excursions. The villa is equipped with a wall-pipe cooling/heating system and air purification filters throughout, ideal for allergy sufferers.
LIVING ROOM
Step into a large, panoramic living area featuring a four-seater sofa, and stunning views of the sea and the island of Cres. The living room is equipped with a 50-inch smart satellite TV, a Bluetooth music system, air conditioning. This open space spans 80 m², and a guest toilet is conveniently located nearby.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area comfortably seat eight guests. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, grill, water kettle, filter coffee machines. A separate storage room is adjacent to the kitchen.
BEDROOMS
Villa Ena has four cozy bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms.. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the other two are on the ground floor, each with a spacious terrace. All rooms feature king-size beds (180×200 cm). The two main bedrooms offer stunning sea views, with one also featuring a large private balcony.
BATHROOMS
Two en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor, with a third bathroom on the ground floor, shared by the third and fourth bedrooms. All bathrooms feature walk-in rain showers. There is also a guest toilet near the living room. Additionally, an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water is available on the deck.
TERRACE & DECK AREA
Enjoy the expansive covered terrace, equipped with a dining table and panoramic sea views. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a sink and fireplace, is connected to the indoor kitchen. The deck area offers eight sun loungers and four parasols. The second-floor balcony, connected to the second bedroom.
SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor space includes a private 56 m² (14x4 m) infinity pool, an outdoor shower with cold and warm water, and a spacious deck with eight sun loungers and four parasols (pool towels provided).

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
