On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, deep freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle) and dining room. In front of the villa is situated a terrace with fireplace and sitting set.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms (each has air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms. Next to the room on the upper floor is a terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
In the villa there are also 2 extra beds (the price of bed per person is 30 € per day) and can accommodate a total of 8 guests.
The central part of the yard occupies a 50 m2 large pool with deck chairs. The yard is packed with olive trees, has swings for children and a large green meadow where you and your children will surely enjoy it.
The property is fully fenced, has 3 parking spaces and free WI-FI.
