The property has a living area of ^100m2 decorated in a modern style and divided into two floors.

On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area , one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

There is a sofa bed in the living room, which provides additional sleeping space for 2 people.

The living room has direct access to the terrace , which can be covered with a sliding awning on hot days. The terrace is surrounded by a green hedge and is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people. It offers enough space for the whole family to enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue located behind the house.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms .

Bedroom 1 (2 people) - equipped with a double bed and   TV, this room is cooled by an air conditioner located in the living room

First floor

Bedroom 2 (2 people) - equipped with a double bed (can be divided into two single beds on request) and air conditioning. It has a private bathroom (shower).

Bedroom 3 (2 people) - with sea view, equipped with a double bed (can be divided into two single beds on request) and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4 (2 people) - with sea view, equipped with a double bed.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share one bathroom with shower and bathtub, with entrance from the hallway.

The property is fenced and offers guests 2 parking spaces - one on the property and the other - privately in the public parking lot in front of the house. Guests also have the option of using an electric car charger.

BEACHES

In front of the house (50-80 meters) is the most famous and most attractive beach in Vodice - Blue beach .

It is a huge bay with a sandy and pebble bottom, where the water gradually becomes deeper and warms up quickly. The coast is flat, with a gentle descent into the sea, covered with pebbles, gravel, and locally sand. One part of the beach is additionally equipped with concrete platforms that are used for sunbathing, but also to protect the sandy shore from waves. The beach is perfect and safe for small children. There are several places in the shade of tamarisk trees.

The beach has the prestigious Blue Flag. Lifeguards are present during the season. The beach is suitable for people with disabilities.

To reach our facility, get off the A1 highway at the Pirovac exit and head towards Vodice .
