Upon arrival at the property, a security deposit of €500 in cash is required while for long-term rentals a deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. If no damage is found, the full deposit will be refunded upon departure.

All guests must register with a valid identification document upon arrival at the property; self check-in is also available. We kindly ask our guests to leave the property tidy and clean, including disposing of the trash, as we do not charge an additional cleaning fee.
