The location is both peaceful and super convenient. Just a 10-minute walk brings you to historic Labin with cozy cafes, great restaurants, and top-notch pizza. You'll find a lively market, supermarkets, and a shopping mall nearby. The nearest beach in Prtlog is just an 8-minute drive away, while the charming resort town of Rabac is only 14 minutes away—offering crystal-clear pebble beaches, a lively promenade, cocktail bars, and fun boat trips.

The first floor offers three comfy bedrooms—two with spacious king-size beds and one with a cozy queen-size. All rooms come with Smart TVs, floor heating, air conditioning, and mosquito nets—perfect for staying cool, cozy, and well-rested.
BATHROOMS
Casa Philu offers two sleek, modern bathrooms—both designed for comfort and functionality. Each features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink, and heated floors. One bathroom is located upstairs near the bedrooms, while the other is on the ground floor and includes a washing machine for added convenience. Plus, there’s an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water right by the pool—perfect after a swim.
TERRACE & DECK AREA
The expansive L shape terrace seamlessly integrates with the indoor kitchen, offering a dining table for alfresco dining. The lounge area feature lounge armchairs and side tables, creating intimate spaces to unwind and enjoy the panoramic serene surroundings.
SWIMMING POOL

Welcome to Casa Philu – a peaceful retreat near Labin’s historic charm. Enjoy the perfect mix of quiet rural vibes and easy access to beaches, attractions, cafes, and restaurants in nearby resorts. Ideal for couples, families, or friends, this cozy home is your spot to relax, recharge, and explore.
In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
