The nearest beaches are about 1 km away.

Pantadura is 1,2 km away from the house. This beach is long and natural. The coast, as well as the seabed, is pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deeper.

Pedinka beach - 1,2 km away from the house, the most popular beach in this part of the Island Vir. Gravel, stone, and concrete coast. The seabed is covered with gravel and sand. The water gradually gets deeper. Pine forest shade is possible. There is paid parking next to the beach.

The nearest small shop/bakery is 800m from the house, a cafe bar 1200m, and a restaurant 1,7 km away. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops, and services can be found in the center of Vir, distanced about 3km.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar Zapad) and head for Nin/Vir.
