You’ll love the peaceful surroundings and how close everything is. A 7-minute walk takes you to the historic center of Labin with its charming cafés, top-notch restaurants, and possibly the best pizza in town. You'll also find a bustling market, supermarkets, and a shopping mall nearby.

Head upstairs to the first floor, and you’ll find three more bedrooms: one is also en suite with a king-size bed, another has a king-size bed as well, and the third comes with two single beds and its own private balcony – ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Villa Vito has four sleek, modern bathrooms designed for both comfort and convenience. Each one features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, and sink. You’ll find one bathroom in the ground floor bedroom, another near the living room on the same floor, a third one on the first floor, and the fourth is inside one of the bedrooms. Plus, there’s a handy outdoor shower with hot and cold water right by the pool—perfect for rinsing off after a refreshing swim.
TERRACE & DECK AREA
The cozy covered terrace is your go-to spot for relaxing and entertaining. It features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with everything you need to cook up delicious meals right outside. In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
