The house is tastefully furnished, spacious, and designed for an effortless and relaxing holiday. Set on a 532 m² plot, the property offers an impressive 225 m² of living space divided into three beautifully arranged units. Each unit includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. Soft colors, plenty of natural light, and peaceful surroundings create a warm, welcoming ambiance from the moment you arrive.
LOCATION
Casa Meer’s location allows you to unwind in privacy while remaining close to everything you might need. The historic town of Labin is just a 17-minute drive away, offering cafés, great restaurants, supermarkets, and a lively local market. A 25-minute drive brings you to Rabac, a beloved seaside town known for its crystal-clear pebble beaches, cocktail bars, boat excursions, and a lively promenade.

Each living room includes a 50-inch smart satellite TV, a Bluetooth music system, floor heating, and air conditioning. The open-plan spaces extend across 30 m², creating an inviting area to unwind.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Each of the three units includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for easy home-style cooking. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, grill, kettle, and filter coffee machine. The dining areas comfortably seat six guests and are conveniently positioned next to the balcony, ensuring seamless indoor–outdoor dining. The outdoor dining tables seat four guests and offer beautiful sea views for relaxed alfresco meals.
BEDROOMS
Casa Meer features six comfortable bedrooms distributed across the three units, two bedrooms per floor. All rooms are furnished with a king-size bed (180×200 cm), soft luxurious linens, and a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. Nearly all bedrooms offer beautiful panoramic views of the Adriatic, allowing you to wake up to calming sea horizons. Five of the bedrooms include their own private en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.
BATHROOMS
Casa Meer offers a total of six modern bathrooms, with two located in each unit. All bathrooms feature a walk-in rain shower for a refreshing, spa-like experience, and five of them are en-suite for extra privacy and convenience. An additional outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available on the deck — ideal for rinsing off after a swim or a sunny afternoon by the pool. On the second floor, you’ll also find a guest toilet equipped with a washing machine, adding another practical touch for longer stays.
TERRACE, BALCONIES & DECK AREA
Casa Meer was designed to make the most of its incredible views. You can enjoy two covered balconies and a terrace, each furnished with a dining table for four guests and offering sweeping views of the Adriatic. The ground-floor terrace connects directly to the pool deck, where you’ll find ten sun loungers and four parasols. SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area features a refreshing private 36 m² pool (12×3×1.5 m), offering panoramic sea views that reach all the way to the island of Cres. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, making it enjoyable even during cooler months. A spacious deck surrounds the pool and is furnished with ten sun loungers and four parasols, along with a convenient outdoor shower with both hot and cold water — perfect after a swim or a sunny afternoon by the water.
BBQ AREA
In the back garden, you’ll find a welcoming BBQ corner with a charcoal grill and a dining table — the perfect place to prepare fresh local seafood or enjoy relaxed evening dinners under the Istrian sky.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
