Located in the quiet countryside village of Marići, this 140 m² villa sits on a private 850 m² fenced property designed for total peace and privacy. With three bedrooms and four bathrooms, everyone enjoys their own space. The private pool, sun-filled deck with loungers, and shaded seating create a laid-back holiday vibe, while the covered terrace brings indoor and outdoor living together for relaxed dining and long summer evenings.
LOCATION
House Lavanda is set in the charming village of Marići, offering peace, privacy, and open views of nature. Despite the tranquil setting, you’re never far from the action. The seaside resort of Rabac, famous for its crystal-clear pebble beaches, waterfront promenade, cocktail bars, and boat excursions, is just a 13-minute drive away. The historic town of Labin, with its cafés, restaurants, markets, and supermarkets, can be reached in only 11 minutes.
LIVING ROOM
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and togetherness, featuring a cozy seating area with a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, and an armchair — perfect for relaxing after a day out. A 50-inch smart satellite TV and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area, kitchen, and entrance hall, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A guest toilet is conveniently located nearby. One sofa can be converted into a sleeping space for two children.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Modern appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and water filter. An indoor fireplace adds warmth and creates a cozy ambience, perfect for relaxed evenings and shared meals.
BEDROOMS
The holiday home offers three elegant and cozy bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom and a smart satellite TV. The king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) are dressed in luxurious damask bed linen for a truly restful and indulgent sleep. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a dressing table with a mirror.
BATHROOMS
House Lavanda features four modern bathrooms, all equipped with walk-in rain showers, sinks, and toilets. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located near the pool area for added convenience. In the wellness zone, there is an additional bathroom with a washing machine.
COVERED TERRACE & DECK AREA
The spacious covered terrace extends directly from the kitchen and is ideal for outdoor living. It features a large dining table, comfortable lounge furniture, and an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, making it perfect for alfresco meals and long summer evenings. The deck area offers eight sun loungers, two parasols, and an additional shaded lounge area with a baldachin.
SWIMMING POOL
Enjoy complete privacy at the holiday home’s saltwater swimming pool (40 m², 10 × 4 m). Designed for a gentle and pleasant swimming experience, the pool is surrounded by a sun deck with loungers and parasols, creating a relaxed and inviting outdoor space.
WELLNESS ZONE
For ultimate relaxation, the holiday home features a dedicated wellness and Zen area. Guests can enjoy an infrared sauna, jacuzzi, comfortable relaxation chairs, and a private bathroom — your own spa retreat just steps from the living area and pool.
PLAYGOUND
The fully fenced illuminated playground is perfect for both kids and adults. Set on artificial grass, it includes a playhouse, climbing wall, wave slide, chain ladder, trampoline, small football goals, and a badminton set, offering fun and safe entertainment for all ages.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
