Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Bedrooms are comfortable and airy, living rooms include a sofa bed, and bathrooms are fitted with modern showers.

In the shared garden, guests can relax in the jacuzzi tubs, or unwind on the spacious outdoor terrace with a lounge area. Free parking and an electric vehicle charging station are also available.

Use of the hot tub is subject to an additional charge and requires prior notice.

The nearest beach is only a 10-minute walk away, while Pula’s city center with its Roman amphitheatre, vibrant restaurants, and cultural attractions is just 10 km from the property.

Upon arrival, a deposit of 200 EUR is required for short-term rentals, while for long-term rentals a deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. All guests must register with a valid identification document upon arrival at the property; self check-in is also available.
